Having actually *paid* for a Flickr account that matches up with my Etsy shop name, I guess it makes sense to be really active over there.
Etsy and other online selling ventures are taking a lot of time.
Still in the SCA, you betcha. I've lost count, but I've got to have at least 35 events under my belt now. I've even "dragged" a willing victim into the medieval madness. (guy who teaches at the local university; we were neighbors for a year.) Cameron was my travelling companion/tent neighbor at this Gulf Wars, no less. We even did the "Early On" thing to help set up the site.
Last fall I got rather seriously involved with a fellow SCAdian, but he unilaterally decided it wasn't going to work out. Part of the issue was our living 250 miles apart. Interesting that I'd known him since my very first event but it took nearly 3 years for us to really notice each other. *sigh* still in love with him, too ... *sigh*
I can haz being a Burner! As of October 2008, I am an habitue of regional events for Burning Man. Blame that neighbor *giggle* Really looking forward to my Home burn, Alchemy: The Georgia Burn, in just a couple of weeks!
Oh, there's a lot more - like Convention going, concerts, and so forth - but it's not really possible to "catch up" on 2.5 years in one blog post.
